The Kapisanang Kimika ng Pilipinas (KKP) was founded in 1927 as the Chemical Society of the Philippines. From an organization of licensed chemists, the society has evolved into a broad organization of licensed and unlicensed chemists, scienstists from allied disciplines, and students.

Mission-Vision

  1. To encourage and promote the advancement of chemical science and technology.

  2. To take an active role in the dissemination of chemical knowledge,

  3. To serve the needs of the country by making available its technical advice and assistance,

  4. To maintain high standards of professional conduct among its members,

  5. To promote interest in Chemistry among the youth, and

  6. To promote close liaison and fellowship among its members and those in the other technical organizations for the advancement of science.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Nominations are being solicited for five (5) members of the KKP Board of Directors for the term June 1, 2004 to May 31, 2007 in accordance with By-Laws of the organization.
